Poulsbo WA sculptor Greg Neal‘s Attacking Eagle is a masterful work in stainless steel that has been in flight through the Sculpture Forest.  Photographer Sara Stubblefield of Seattle wanted to visually interpret it in her own way through detail, focus, light, and shadow. Sara is unusual in today’s world since she uses real, honest to goodness film with her Hasselblad 500CM medium format camera. She develops and prints her own negatives and photographs, and then she scans them when needed to share online. Her approach gives her photographs a feel, texture, and range that is uniquely different than a color phone camera provides.
