Local ezine This Is Whidbey featured us in their informative and interesting article “Where Art and Nature Meet“.  Writer Kate Poss and photographer David Welton joined us on a guided stroll through the Sculpture Forest.  Even though it happened to be on a dark and rainy winter day, we all had fun together.

Kate kindly said the park “creates the sense, much like the house elves do at Hogwarts school in the Harry Potter series, that clear walking paths and impressive art just naturally appear in a hundred-year-old forest… Snooty it isn’t. Intriguing it is. And the art is improved by the setting of fir, cedar, hemlock, yew, maple and alder trees.”

Thank you, This Is Whidbey team!
